I have a 17” neck, went with large. Perfect fit and has nice felt on insides. Goes down low about 8” below collar under jacket in front, tapered above shoulders and goes down 6” on back. Keeps cold out, nice pleather (not sure if it’s real it feels like it is) on outside. Great zipper. Won’t disappoint, does it’s job. Looks good.
