I bought them to make this entremet, and they are the perfect size. I have also used them for food presentation.They are made of a high quality metal and are easy to clean. I bought a second set after purchasing the first to expand on what will become my entremet chapter of cooking.I bought these to practice making entremets at home to build up my portfolio, it will work for that purpose. I just don't see it working for mass production as they are smaller than I expected them to be.This product works. Made a mousses cake out it. And it work perfectly. No complaints.I like the mold I purchased a little smaller but is workable.These are great! I used them to make heart shaped cheesecakes for my wedding anniversary. They worked as expected.Great!
