These arm warmers are very comfortable. Soft on the inside and flexible. They are very long, and since I have fairly short arms, I tuck them under at the wrist which works fine. Size info - I have lost weight, and my upper arm is now a tad under 13" around, so the X-Large I originally bought is a bit too big and tends to slide down a bit. (It doesn't seem all that loose when I put them on, so I'm guessing 14-15" would fit these properly.) Am sending off for the Large.
