Plug in warmer separate package and taped to package of refills. I don’t appreciate getting something that is different from what is being pictured for sale.I love this scent. They say Lavander relaxes you yay. I have switched to Lavander everything to try and relax. It is working.I have my plugins open full and they last about 27 days. I have noticed that if the air is dry they disappeared more quickly than when the humidity was higher. All my ladies that come to craft classes have commented on how wonderful my home smells.I love this fragrance. It is light, fresh, and relaxing, but they plug ins don't seem to last more than a couple of weeks.Wish they lasted longerI like glade plug-ins, and am happy with the multipacks. I'm not as kin on the smell and wasn't exactly what I was looking for.You will have no problems with this product, it’s true to the scent you buyand a great buy for the price you’ll be buying more plug ins for all the otherrooms in your house too.The first package I ordered was wonderful. The second and latest package, not so great. It seems that the warmer does not dial up very well and I can barely smell it up close on its highest setting, so scenting up a room is a no go. I'll buy it from a store from now on; it will be easier to return if it does not work.We purchased this product to combat cat box odor. So far it seems to be working. It is nice to walk in the house at lunch time and smell something besides the cat box, We clean the cat box all the time. We have two cats and two boxes. The lavender and vanilla are a good combination. I smell more of the vanilla than I do the lavender.
