Bought this to replace one that we'd had for years. Brilliant product to warm or chill your wine - we keep one in the freezer to chill/keep cool white/rose/sparkling wines, the other in the drawer to pop in the microwave for 90 seconds for reds, quickly and easily getting them to the right temperature. The cold one is great for keeping bottles chilled on the occasions the weather is nice enough for al fresco dining.To add a note to the above, the one we use for heating sprung a leak over Christmas, contacted the seller 28/12 to query if it was still under warranty, replacement received 4/1, excellent service, cannot fault, thank you.
